By accessing and using the Phantasma Core website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Phantasma Core provides advanced oratory training programs including workshops, coaching sessions, and educational resources for experienced speakers. Services are provided as described on our website and may be modified at our discretion.
Our services are intended for professional adults aged 18 and over. By booking a program, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement, and will provide accurate information.
Program booking process: Select your program and submit booking inquiry. Receive confirmation and payment details. Payment due within 7 days to secure your place. Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, corporate invoice (approved clients only). All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Client cancellations: 30+ days before program: Full refund minus 10% administration fee. 14-30 days before: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: No refund, but may transfer to future program (once only). Phantasma Core reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs. Full refund provided in such cases.
As a participant, you agree to: Attend all scheduled sessions or notify us of absences. Participate actively and respectfully. Complete pre-program assessments. Consent to video recording for analysis purposes. Maintain confidentiality about other participants. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these terms.
All content provided in programs (materials, handouts, recordings, methodologies) remains the intellectual property of Phantasma Core. You may not reproduce or distribute program materials without permission. Video recordings of your presentations remain your property.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your participation in programs, performance assessments, and personal information shared during sessions. We expect participants to respect the confidentiality of fellow participants.
Phantasma Core provides professional training services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for career outcomes or opportunities resulting from training. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific program in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal proceedings must be brought in Sydney courts.
